By creating an account, accessing our portal, or utilising our algorithmic intelligence services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.
1. Nature of the Service
Blue Tree supplies technological software solutions, market monitoring algorithms, analytical indicators, and algorithmic execution interfaces designed to track digital asset markets including Bitcoin and Ethereum. Blue Tree is not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, asset management company, or authorised financial advisor. We do not hold client deposits, execute discretionary fund management, or provide personalised investment advice. All analytical outputs are programmatic and intended solely for informative and technical routing purposes.

To access our platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity under applicable laws;
- Reside in a jurisdiction where algorithmic cryptocurrency analysis is lawful;
- Provide genuine, accurate, and up-to-date contact information during any registration step;
- Maintain strict confidentiality over all API keys, access passwords, and authentication credentials.
You assume full responsibility for all activities occurring through your credentials, whether authorised directly by you or caused by compromised personal device security.
3. User Obligations and Restrictions
When interacting with Blue Tree, you strictly agree that you will not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or extract proprietary algorithms, source code, or machine-learning models;
- Interfere with platform infrastructure via automated rate-limit bypassing, denial-of-service, or data harvesting;
- Use our software for market manipulation, fraudulent routing, anti-money laundering violations, or prohibited jurisdictional bypasses;
- Present any programmatic analytical material produced by Blue Tree as regulated financial counsel to third parties.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Exchanges
Blue Tree interfaces with external digital asset exchanges and data aggregators via user-supplied API connections. We do not operate or control third-party liquidity providers or trading exchanges. Consequently, we disclaim all liability for exchange downtime, API disconnection, slippage, trade rejections, fee variances, counterparty failure, or liquidation events arising on third-party venues.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, visual assets, software architecture, mathematical models, UI frameworks, and proprietary algorithms hosted on Blue Tree remain the exclusive intellectual property of Blue Tree and its licensors. Users receive a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for personal operational interaction during the duration of their active service term.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The platform and all automated execution tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under United Kingdom and applicable laws, Blue Tree, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Direct or indirect trading capital losses, unrealised profits, or slippage incurred through automated rules;
- System interruptions, latency delays, exchange network congestion, or market oracle inaccuracies.
7. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to Blue Tree at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we identify suspected security breaches, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or regulatory mandates requiring platform service suspension.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim.
9. Amendments and Contact
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory updates or technical enhancements. Continued platform use following updates constitutes acknowledgement of updated terms.
